NemNem Candle

NemNem Candle began with a deep love for Maltese tradition and the soothing fragrances of new candles that calm your space. Ours is a home fragrance family-run business with one simple vision. We create sustainable feel-good scents with beautiful designs inspired by Malta’s cultural heritage. It is our way of paying tribute to our traditions and keeping them alive. NemNem’s story began during COVID days in 2021, Today, we have grown into a team of 20+ people: in-house artisans, designers, craftspersons -all under one roof. Each candle is meticulously hand crafted by our skilled in-house artisans, – using natural waxes, 100% cotton wicks, high-end fragrances, solvent-free and paraben-free ingredients that we get from companies who do not test on animals.

Heritage Homes

Heritage Homes of Malta Ltd. has been involved in the local manufacture of miniature buildings and monuments since 1989. In 2006, Heritage Homes merged with another local company, Artistorika, and expanded its production to other souvenir and gifts for the local tourist market. Most of the items produced by Artistorika are inspired by Maltese history and folklore. Our reputation for high quality products and creativity, not only earned our company various local as well as foreign awards (winners of Ġieħ l-Artiġjanat Malti, Malta WIPO Award for Innovation and Creativity, the award for Achievement in Industry etc.)

Mediterranean ceramics

In 2008, David and Brian Grima leveraged over 20 years of experience in the earthenware and ceramics industry to establish Mediterranean Ceramics in Malta. Their studio is dedicated to uniting international artists and ceramists while honoring the rich skills and traditions of Maltese and Mediterranean craftsmanship. This commitment to quality and artistry has quickly positioned Mediterranean Ceramics as a brand of excellence and a prominent player on the global stage, reflecting their passion for creating beautiful, high-quality ceramics.

Mdina Glass

Founded in 1968, Mdina Glass was Malta’s first glass-making company, blending traditional glassblowing with techniques from the studio glass movement of the 60s. Initially known for small vases, bowls, and paperweights aimed at tourists, the company transformed in the early 2000s under the Said family’s leadership. Expanding into home décor, they introduced innovative materials and techniques, resulting in larger, more colorful creations like bespoke trophies, lighting, and sculptures. Under Joseph Said’s guidance, Mdina Glass also introduced lampwork and fusion techniques, offering a wider variety of custom-made, intricate glass products unique to Malta.

Each adventure combines traditional Maltese roots with modern trends, celebrating individuality and unity while captivating audiences with imaginative,modern-day stories.

Klabb Kotba Maltin

(KKM), established in 1969, was the first professional publishing initiative in Malta, aimed at fostering a robust local book industry. Through its innovative book-a-month scheme, KKM released over 200 titles, with some becoming bestsellers. The imprint publishes a wide variety of Maltese literature, including children’s books, textbooks, novels, short stories, poetry, drama, history, and reference works, making it a cornerstone of Maltese publishing.

Chocolate District

Chocolate District is an artisan chocolate maker and café specializing in the ‘Authentic Maltese Chocolate’ collection, which showcases Malta’s true identity through its unique flavors and ingredients. Established in 2013, the brand is dedicated to raising awareness of noble Maltese ingredients while supporting local farmers with whom they’ve built strong relationships. Visitors can explore a treasure trove of fine chocolate bars, pralines, gifts, and hampers, all made in Malta. Additionally, the café offers a diverse selection of loose leaf teas, specialty coffee beans, and accessories, along with a creative menu of coffee and chocolate beverages, making it a delightful destination for chocolate lovers and connoisseurs.

Savina

At the turn of the 20th century, Pjazza Savina in Rabat was the bustling heart of Gozo, serving as a vibrant trading hub. The Savina open market offered an array of goods, from fresh produce, cheeses, and wines to crafts, fishing nets, and woven garments. The Magro Brothers, already recognized as esteemed provision merchants, established their offices in this lively center. Over the years, they have built a legacy focused on providing exceptional value to their customers, grounded in integrity, reliability, and a commitment to quality. Today, four generations later, Magro Brothers stands as Malta’s leading food processors, with strong ties to approximately fifty countries across four continents, continuing their tradition of excellence.
